I believe that photography is an art — a reflection of your relationships and your day in its natural form. My photography style encompasses documentary elements with the perfect touch of curated pieces to create timeless images.

I joke that I should always warn my couples that my packages include complimentary hair fixing, dress adjustments and champagne refills. I strive to make your day run as seamless as possible while capturing the unique and true emotions of one of the most special days of your life!

Influence

Before photography, I worked in an emergency department as a RN — a background that taught me how to stay calm, observant, and steady when things move quickly or emotions run high.

Outside of photography, I’m drawn to things that take time. I’m a long-distance runner, still motivated by the discipline I learned competing in college, and I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing long projects through — whether that’s training for a race or slowly renovating my home (power tools and all — or as my daughter affectionately refers to them "mommy's tools")

I grew up in Saskatchewan and was drawn to creative outlets early on — piano, drawing and painting alongside my grandmother on the farm, and eventually darkroom film classes in high school.
